- Developers can include controls that enable customers and agents to initiate or join a co-browsing session, that enable agents to request control of a session, and that enable customers to grant or revoke an agent's control request or to pause a session.
- Basic Reporting and Audit REST APIs that can be used to get information about historical and active co-browsing sessions.
For more detailed information about these features, see the Release Notes, Reference Guide and Developers and API Reference Guide, which are available under the Downloads tab.
