Co-Browsing Snap-in Release 3.4 was made generally available in December 2017. This is NOT the latest release of this Avaya Breeze snap-in. The latest release is recommended for new development.

Overview Downloads

New in Release 3.4

Co-Browsing Snap-in Release 3.4 includes the following new features and enhancements:

  • Alignment with the Avaya Breeze Platform, release 3.4.
  • Attribute Grouping and description change.
  • Enahnced logging improvement serviceability.
  • Support for tokenless access for authentication and authorization.

Compatibility and Interoperability

Co-Browsing Snap-in Release 3.4 interoperates with the following Avaya product releases:
