Avaya WebRTC is an Avaya Breeze™ snap-in that enables end users to make secure voice calls from their Web browser. The call destination can be any endpoint to which Avaya Aura® Session Manager is able to route calls. For example, a customer can initiate a call directly into the contact center from a Web page on a company's public Web site.
- End users can initiate calls from a Web page displayed in their WebRTC-compliant browser, without having to install a plug-in.
- When used in conjunction with the Avaya Context Store Snap-in, caller and Web page information can be passed with the call and made available to the recipient and other downstream applications.
