Release 3.2.2

Engagement Call Control Snap-in Release 3.2, Feature Pack 2 (Release was issued in March 2017; Service Pack 1 (Release was issued in April 2017. This is NOT the latest release of this Avaya Breeze snap-in. The latest release is recommended for new development.

New in the Release

Engagement Call Control includes the following new and enhanced features:

  • A new REST API sendDigits.
  • An additional optional field, “consultOption”.
  • Support for sending agentId in the call events if an agent is logged in to the station.
