Avaya Work Assignment Snap-in 3.2 offers the following new and enhanced features:
Agents can now be configured with proficiency levels set for different services. This enables a customer to request a matching agent within
a particular range of proficiency. A proficiency level can have any numeric value between 1 (highest) to 16 (lowest).
Aux Gaming Prevention feature:
The new feature prevents Agents from avoiding work by changing their state from Ready to Not Ready to Ready.
