Release 3.2

Avaya Work Assignment Snap-in Release 3.2 and Service Pack 1 (Release 3.2.0.1) were made generally available in October 2016. Feature Pack 2 (Release 3.2.2) was issued in March 2017. This is NOT the latest release of this Avaya Breeze snap-in. The latest release is recommended for new development.

New in this Release

Avaya Work Assignment Snap-in 3.2 offers the following new and enhanced features:

  • Proficiency range:
    Agents can now be configured with proficiency levels set for different services. This enables a customer to request a matching agent within a particular range of proficiency. A proficiency level can have any numeric value between 1 (highest) to 16 (lowest).
  • Aux Gaming Prevention feature:
    The new feature prevents Agents from avoiding work by changing their state from Ready to Not Ready to Ready.
