Technical Support
All DevConnect members are entitled to free Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Engagement Call Control Snap-in development issues. DevConnect Technology Partners and enhanced level Registered Members are entitled to Tier 3 and Tier 4 support hours as part of their membership benefits and can purchase additional support hours via the DevConnect Procurement option.
