There are no new features in this release. For information about interoperability and a detailed
description of the full feature set, see the Reference and Developer Guides, which are available
under the Downloads tab.
Context Store 3.2.2 includes the following new and enhanced features:
- External DataMart Schemas:
The cs_operation and cs_provision table schemas have been modified. The new schema_json field
must be included in the database schemas.
- CSManager:
The "Use 'Public Machine Provisioning' for Context Store data-grid" attribute is no longer
required.
- Customer Journey:
An enhanced Customer Journey feature is now available for Oceana deployment only.
Context Store 3.2.1 includes the following new and enhanced features:
- Customer Journey Visualzation:
Updated to support data request by groupId (in addition to request by contextId) to allow for
multi-session journey viewing.
- Context Group Id:
It is now possible to add and update the groupId field in an existing Context object.
- JavaScript SDK:
The Context Store JavaScript SDK is now available as a package within the Avaya Client SDK.
Context Store 3.2 introduced the following new and enhanced features:
- Context Store SOAP Web services API:
Provides a SOAP-compliant interface that can be used as an alternative to the existing ReST API.
- Context Store JavaScript SDK:
Provides a client library that developers can use to create browser-based solutions that
interact with Context Store via its ReST API.
- Customer journey visualization:
Enables customers to use the audit trail data to produce a visualization of a customer’s
interactions.
- Context Store Query (CSQuery) Snap-in:
Enables retrieval of context data that is no longer available in the Context Data grid from an
external data mart.
- Authorization Service:
Provides authorized access to context data using the Avaya Breeze Authorization Service snap-in.
- Audit trail enhancement:
Now includes data from an external data mart retrieved using the CSQuery Snap-in.
- Context Store ReST API enhancement:
Now enables retrieval of aliasIds associated with a contextId, and of contextIds associated with
an aliasId.
