Release 3.5

Avaya WebRTC Snap-in Release 3.5 was made generally available in July 2018. This is NOT the latest release of the WebRTC snap-in. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced for the Avaya Breeze platform and selected snap-ins as stand-alone products. The Avaya Oceana Solution still depends on Avaya Breeze; therefore, the Avaya Oceana Solution offer includes Avaya Breeze, Context Store, Co-browsing, and Engagement Designer. Support for these components will continue as part of the Avaya Oceana Solution.

Interoperability and Compatibility

The following Avaya product releases are required to use the Avaya WebRTC Snap-in 3.5:

  • Avaya Breeze Platform Release 3.5.
  • Avaya Aura System Manager Release 7.1.2.
  • Avaya Aura Media Server Release 7.8.
  • Avaya Aura Communication Manager 6.3.5 or later.
  • Avaya Session Border Controller for Enterprise 6.3 or later.

The Avaya WebRTC Snap-in supports the following browsers:

  • Chrome 62 or higher.
  • Firefox 59 or higher.
