CRMGateway ReST APIs and SDK

The Avaya CRMGateway Snap-in provides a set of ReST APIs and Adapter Software Developer Kit (SDK) to help developers write a custom adapter that can handle requests from the Avaya Oceana Solution to retrieve customer records from CRM systems and datastores. The ReST APIs are exposed by the Avaya CRMGateway snap-in, which is invoked by the Avaya Oceana Customer Management snap-in. The set of Java libraries in the Adapter SDK are used within and by the adapters to make requests to the CRM system.
